With over a decade of experience as an educator, including his tenure as Head of Grade at Reddam House and within the Inspired Group, Duane has honed his skills in leadership, strategic planning, and educational innovation. He blends his roles as guide, mentor, and catalyst, encouraging students to push their limits, embrace sustainability, and take the lead on issues that matter. His focus on sustainability leadership helps shape a future workforce that values environmental consciousness and innovation.
